What makes the Honda QC1 electric scooter so special
Honda is a Japanese two wheeler manufacturing company. This has been liked in India for the reason of reliability as well as great performance. At this moment, all two wheeler enthusiasts and customers in India are thrilled about a new electric scooter. The newest addition to the stables of Honda company is an electric scooter called QC1. This electric scooter has been launched in India with Activa e:.
Top speed is 50 km/h and range is 80 km
In Honda’s Activa e:, there were two swappable batteries of 1.5 kWh. But now in the QC1, you will get to see a single battery of 1.5 kWh. As we said, battery in QC1 will not be swappable like Activa e:, but it will be fixed. With this electric scooter, one gets an 80 km range on a single full charge.
The peak power of 2.4 hp and peak torque of 77 Nm is generated in this scooter using a hub-mounted BLDC motor. The top speed of this scooter is 50 kmph. Apart from this, it can run from 0-40 kmpl in just 9.7 seconds. The kerb weight of this scooter is also only 89.5 kg.
Modern features and design
This new electric scooter by Honda comes with state-of-the-art elements and an attractive body whereas at the same time is highly performing. It sports a 5-inch negative LCD display. Of course, within this scooter, you find two riding modes, named Eco and Standard. This e-scooter offers storage under the seat, which is good at 26 liters.
When is the pre-booking going to begin?
The Honda company has not yet announced any information about price details of the QC1. But Honda will have this at a more reasonable price as compared to its Activa e. This electric scooter will be open for pre-booking from the very first day of January 2025. The delivery for this electric scooter will start taking place from February 2025. Honda would make its new QC1 available, on a larger scale compared to Activa e. This model will be seen at Honda Red Wing dealerships of the country.
